New Grad, Entry LevelTowneBank is seeking a Dealer Services Collections Representative responsible for monitoring loan accounts and collecting payments on past due bills. The role involves working with insurance companies, ensuring accurate customer information, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Monitor daily past due account reports/queues
Collect payments on past due bills
Work with insurance companies on new/existing Total Loss claims
Locate customers using credit bureau and/or loan file information
Skip Tracing
Ensure all customer information is correct
Update customer information upon request
Handle customer services related questions
Follow federal and state laws dealing with debt collection
Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Civil Service Relief Act (SCRA)

Required
Excellent organization skills

Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
