Develop and manage the regional business development plan to support the long-term sustainability of THP
Develop new client relationships to enhance the awareness of THP in the marketplace and create new revenue streams that enhance growth
Expand existing client relationships to further support the growth of THP and its partners
Gather market intelligence to support strategic business development initiatives and target ideal client opportunities
Coordinate staff to execute the regional business development plan and deliver a consistent THP value proposition
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
4 to 7 years of industry-related business development experience
Experience working with CRM databases
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a varied audience
Team-oriented approach to achieving success
Proven sales performance results and career progression
