Sales Support Specialist

ImOn Communications is a leading provider of telecommunications services in the Siouxland area. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team by performing administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative and sales purposes, providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems
Support all sales channels through communicating weekly and monthly promotional offerings
Assist in prepare proposal materials, including data entry, editing, and verifying proposal information
Assist with tenant bulk upgrade accounts
Compiling a list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department
Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports
Recording sales trends and other reporting as needed for management
Creating and processing orders in a timely manner and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system
Work within Customer Relationship Management CRM system to maintain accounts, contacts, notes, activities, and contracts. The accuracy of contracts with pricing detail, products, point of contact, order dates for our sales team is crucial
Provide timely customer service and communication via phone, email, or in person to all internal teams, sales, and clients in a professional, positive, and respectful manner
All other duties as assigned

Qualification

Sales support experienceCustomer service skillsCRM system proficiencyData entry skillsCommunication skills

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in sales support, administrative support or customer service-based role

Preferred

Associate's Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent
