Statement reconciliations
Processing product payments as needed with vendors (ex safe-guard)
Process cancellations and submissions with each product vendor
Post product vendor payment statements in DMS
Post daily manufacturer product invoices
Maintain related schedules making notes as needed
Qualification
Required
Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communications with peers and customers
Preferred
Automotive software experience helpful Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
