Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. They are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Addressing Coordinator to assist with the flow of address data and ensure data integrity across multiple markets while collaborating with various teams to resolve challenges and maintain project visibility.

Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end address data process from acquisition to publishing

Monitor the Air Blown Fiber (ABF) Form creation, uploads, and quality control across multiple markets

Collaborate across multiple in-house teams to resolve data issues and publishing blockers

Maintain dashboards and trackers for address readiness and go-live status

Identify and resolve address issues and conflicts and escalate issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner

Support PMO address reporting and monthly goal validation

Required

3-5 years of experience in project coordination, data operations, or telecom/fiber deployment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Precisely, Sitetracker, or similar platforms

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and provide solutions

Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment

Preferred

Experience working with address data, GIS systems, or Air Blown Fiber (ABF) form templates

Familiarity with fiber network design or construction workflows
