Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound, events, referrals, and creative sourcing
Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer pain points and tie Hue’s value directly to business outcomes
Drive urgency and momentum through multi-stakeholder buying processes
Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to win and expand accounts
Track and report on core sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue
Represent Hue in customer meetings and at industry events

Required

4–7 years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in a closing role (AE or equivalent)
Demonstrated success building pipeline through outbound prospecting
Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions with $10k–$100k ACV
Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment with evolving process
Strong discovery, storytelling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
Comfortable owning deals from first touch through contract signature
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and key industry events
Genuine interest in Hue's mission and values
Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)

Preferred

Experience selling into e-commerce brands or retailers
Network within beauty, fashion, or broader e-commerce ecosystems
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Heyreach, or modern AI sales tools
