Responsibilities
Manage and service an established commercial lines book of business across multiple coverage lines, including construction-related accounts
Handle new and renewal business, including coverage reviews, endorsements, and policy accuracy checks
Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and other client documentation
Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality service
Support sales efforts and contribute to overall revenue retention and growth
Apply problem-solving techniques to issues related to cancellations, claims, renewals, audits, receivables, and carrier communications
Work independently or collaboratively to support team goals and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Prior experience in a commercial brokerage environment
Background managing a diverse commercial lines book of business
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
Experience reviewing insurance contracts for accuracy
Proficiency with agency management software (such as TAM or EPIC)
