The role involves developing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Develop & Grow Your Territory – Identify new business opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and expand our market presence
Close Deals & Drive Sales – Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our premium brands
Strategic Account Management – Work closely with inside sales, product managers, and marketing to maximize opportunities
Be an Industry Expert – Stay ahead of trends, participate in industry events, and leverage market knowledge to increase sales
Collaboration & Reporting – Use CRM tools to track progress, analyze sales data, and contribute to company growth goals
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years in outside sales, preferably in building materials or interior finishes (laminate, solid surface, plywood, composites, quartz, etc.)
Passion for sales, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to manage a complex sales pipeline
Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with customers, listen to their needs, and deliver tailored solutions
Self-motivation and organization to work independently while meeting targets and staying accountable
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
