They are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer A.I. to join their AI & Knowledge team, responsible for building their conversational AI assistant and improving user experience through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

Build, optimize, and maintain applications and services using TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and AWS in a serverless environment

Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of constant learning and improvement

Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance our technology stack

Required

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend and serverless architecture

1+ years of hands on experience building Agentic LLM products

Experience standing up and interacting with MCP Servers

Experience with Python or Typescript, Postgres, and AWS (Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, S3, etc.)

Solid understanding of LLM design patterns, observability/instrumentation, prompt engineering

A lean mindset - Focus on delivering customer value by minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing quick iteration with quick feedback cycles

Experience working collaboratively in a remote environment, with a team-oriented mindset
