Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and manage a team of software technicians
Oversee daily troubleshooting operations, including scheduling and performance monitoring
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of fleet issues and escalations
Develop and implement support process and workflow improvements partnering with operations, product and engineering teams
Provide technical support to vehicles that encounter software or hardware issues
Troubleshoot and perform general root cause analysis on complex software and hardware issue escalations
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance and deepen team skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, etc)
5+ years of experience working with Linux in an administrative or troubleshooting capacity
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong technical knowledge of issue tracking systems
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to handle complex issue escalations
Experience working with various complex hardware and software systems including lidar, radar, cameras, and computers
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across different teams, offices, and time zones
Preferred
Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
Previous programming experience in Python, Go or C++
Previous automotive or AV technical experience
Deep understanding of computer networking systems
