Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator
TimelyCare is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing the core Go-to-Market technology stack, anchored by the Salesforce platform, and involves managing the Salesforce ecosystem, supporting integrations, and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end administration of the Salesforce ecosystem, managing configuration, security, user access, maintenance, and end user technical support
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and provide administrative support for CPQ and other GTM tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, Ironclad, Hubspot, 6Sense, and Gainsight
Proactively identify and implement scalable, automated solutions using declarative tools (e.g. Flow Builder, Custom Objects, Lightning Record Pages, etc) to streamline manual, repetitive processes
Maintain profiles, permissions, and access controls across GTM tools to ensure data security and compliance
Manage existing integrations between Salesforce and critical upstream/downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow and support the implementation of new GTM tools and AI-driven technologies
Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, technical specifications in Jira and Confluence
Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to cross-functional GTM teams
Execute technical debt cleanup initiatives and establish strong data quality standards to maintain system integrity, scalability, and optimal performance
Govern the full release lifecycle, managing sandbox environments, coordinating QA/UAT and ensuring all changes are thoroughly vetted prior to final deployment
Maintain detailed system documentation (processes, configurations, integrations) and contribute to end-user training and enablement materials
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Administrator with advanced Flow expertise
Hands-on experience configuring and administering Salesforce CPQ
Familiarity with integrations and third-party tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, Ironclad, Gainsight, Hubspot, 6Sense
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions across Salesforce and connected applications in a SaaS environment
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash (LTC) lifecycle and related business processes
Demonstrates strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive communication, and attention to detail
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) is required
Preferred
Additional Certifications (e.g, Advanced Administrator (ADM 211), Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist) are strongly preferred
