InternPADNOS is a full-service recycling company handling paper, plastic, metals and electronic recycling. The Quality Lab Intern is responsible for implementing Melt Flow Testing at the extruders and learning to perform various lab tests while actively participating in the Internship Program.

Responsibilities
Extruder Team Members performing Melt Flow Testing per frequency defined
No Melt Flow testing for extruder production, only inbound materials
Data correlates to lab testing Melt Flow Data
Data is used for all certifications of material
Learning to perform all lab tests at location
Exploration of other lab tests that can be performed by the extruder operators
Effect of the plastics inputs on the Melt Flow results
Actively participates in Internship Program and associated events
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality or Mechanical Engineering
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Proficient in Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work with all levels in the plant
Teamwork attitude
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize daily tasks
Strong knowledge and understanding of all lab equipment
