$15/hr - $17/hrSpeedWash USA is a multimillion-dollar car wash operation seeking a Supervisor in Training. In this role, you will lead a team, ensure site cleanliness, and enhance customer experiences while preparing for growth into a full Supervisor/Site Leader role.
Responsibilities
Own site cleanliness – inside, outside, equipment, vacuum, lot – everything should scream “SpeedWash Clean.”
Lead and train the team to confidently talk about our wash packages, features, and benefits, and turn guests into loyal SpeedPass members
Be the on-site expert on daily operations: opening/closing, staffing, chemical levels, preventative maintenance, wash quality, and customer flow
Keep everyone safe by following and enforcing all safety procedures and holding the team accountable
Solve problems early – spotting small issues with equipment before they become big problems that could shut the site down
Support the Site Manager with day-to-day decisions, coaching team members, and stepping up whenever leadership is needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments is helpful (leadership experience is a plus)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Are confident and comfortable overseeing a busy, fast-paced site
Take pride in how your workplace looks and operates
Are coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
Enjoy training and motivating others to sell and serve customers better
Have strong problem-solving skills – you notice issues early and take action
Can communicate clearly in English with customers and team members
Understand that safety comes first – for people, cars, and equipment
Are willing to go the extra mile – staying a little late, jumping in to help, and doing what it takes to keep standards high
Preferred
Spanish fluency is a big plus – many of our guests and team members appreciate bilingual leaders
