Representing public and private clients in M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities offerings and securities law compliance, and general corporate matters

Hands-on drafting and negotiating experience for complex M&A and private equity transactions and related investment agreements

Serving as a key member of deal teams for a range of middle market transactions

Producing acquisition, equity, and related documents in a client-ready format

Running key aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing

Required

Responsibility for producing acquisition, equity, and related documents in a client-ready format

Active member of the Pennsylvania bar
