Resource Coordinator Intern
TAIT is a company that partners with artists and brands to create extraordinary live events and experiences. The Resource Coordinator Intern will support the Resource Manager and project teams through resource data management, scheduling, and providing administrative support for creative and technical projects.
Events
Responsibilities
Input resource data, including names, dates, hours, and project details into resource management systems such as Asana, AirTable, Google Sheets, and Excel
Monitor and communicate about resources and projects on various Slack channels
Schedule meetings with internal and external resources and attendees
Create, copy, and distribute meeting materials
Take complete and accurate notes during meetings, proofread, and distribute them in a timely manner
Provide administrative support to the Resource Manager and HODs
Participate in overall office operations, including front desk coverage and coordinating internal events for employees
Assist with research and documentation for resource planning
Other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent in a related field: Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management
Graduating between December 2025 – May 2027
GPA: 2.8 or above
Strong computer skills with the ability and desire to learn new technologies: Google Suite, Box, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Mosaic, Asana
Proven communication and presentation skills: written, verbal, and numerical
Ability to multitask in a creative, open office environment
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to meet stringent deadlines with a 'do what it takes' attitude
Ability to prioritize work assignments and ask for guidance when needed
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to use sound judgment and complete assignments in a timely manner
Must possess the ability to effectively perform research from a wide variety of sources with minimal guidance
Benefits
We offer a housing stipend for onsite interns in PA, NY, FL, CO, NV, and CA. This benefit applies to interns who live more than 50 miles from the worksite and would need to relocate to complete their internship.
You may be eligible for full-time or part-time conversion upon successful completion of your internship program.
