ON Services is a leading national provider of full-service event production, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. They are seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist / Experiential Designer to create photo-realistic 3D designs and support broader creative needs for live events and experiential activations.

Responsibilities

Produce photo-realistic 3D renderings for stages, scenic elements, LED configurations, projection surfaces, and full event environments
Build accurate 3D models including scenic components, lighting fixtures, rigging elements, and spatial layouts
Work in Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar advanced 3D platforms
Create fly-through animations, turntables, and pre-visualization sequences for client presentations
Collaborate with Creative Directors, scenic teams, and producers to ensure designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible
Support projection mapping pre-visualization and content template creation
Contribute to pitch and RFP development with screen and expo designs, mood boards, look-and-feel explorations, and experiential concept materials
Develop storyboards, attendee journeys, and narrative frames for immersive experiences
Support video creation, simple motion graphics, and content editing as needed
Provide visual assets for presentations, proposals, and client deliverables
Assist with digital-first proposals and simple microsites (WIX, Squarespace, WordPress) when applicable

Required

Proficiency in at least one major 3D design package: Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Blender (Maya, Rhino, and Unreal also acceptable)
Strong understanding of lighting, materials, texturing, realism, and scene composition
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects/Premiere preferred)
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to create interactive walk-throughs or real-time environments
Familiarity with XR/AR/VR workflows or LED volume visualization
3-5 years of professional experience in 3D design, visualization, experiential design, or event/environment rendering
Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or other real-time rendering systems
Demonstrated experience producing photo-realistic event, stage, or experiential renderings
Experience with AI-assisted 3D tools or procedural modeling methods
Applicants will be asked to submit a portfolio showcasing 3D stage/environment renderings (required)
