The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth by securing new enterprise-level law firm accounts and managing the entire sales process from qualification to closing.

Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by strategically identifying, qualifying, and closing new Enterprise law firm logos

Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate target firms, demonstrating a clear ROI for EvenUp's AI platform

Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery and compelling presentations to articulate the value proposition to C-level executives and key decision-makers within Enterprise accounts

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition and maximum adoption during and after the initial deployment

Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by providing structured feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap

Required

5+ years of successful experience as an Enterprise Account Executive selling B2B SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers, preferably within the legal tech or FinTech space

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a $2M+ annual quota with an average deal size of $250K+

Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
