Responsibilities

Product Owner for new QMS system (Agile replacement)

Work with Stakeholders to define QMS solution, align with business strategies and priorities, as well as the target benefits expected

Subject matter expert for the QMS, will work with stakeholders to implement efficient layout, design, and workflow

Responsible for immediate implementation for US and long term strategy for 1 QMS globally

Responsible for collection, prioritization, and implementation of change requests

Manage relationship with external vendor

Analyze and monitor service changes

Serve as point of escalation for issues related to the product

Is responsible for budget and forecast management for the services provided

Ensure compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations
