Responsibilities
Guiding and mentoring your team of Project Managers
Driving project success by overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning to commissioning
Providing strategic oversight on scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Enhancing client relationships by serving as a key point of escalation
Improving internal processes by championing best practices in project management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7-10 years of hands-on project management, preferably in the power generation sector
At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
Proven ability to manage budgets and teams
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with AutoCAD
