Responsibilities

Conducting recurring client meetings to discuss portfolio performance and attribution, opportunity set, and client objectives

Liaising with BXMA’s Institutional Client Solutions team, and a variety of other teams within BXMA

Ensuring that portfolios are positioned to accomplish the long-term objectives of clients

Ensuring that performance outcomes are well understood by clients in the context of broader market and industry developments

Ensuring that clients view BXMA as a long-term partner that can help enhance their organizations beyond simply managing their capital

Qualification

Hedge fund experienceAdvanced Excel skillsInterpersonal skillsAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsPassion for financial marketsTime managementProject management

Required

7+ years of hedge fund industry experience, preferably as an allocator or direct investor

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large amounts of performance and risk data

A desire to work in a dynamic environment

An ability to manage ad hoc projects independently and to completion

A passion for global financial markets and hedge funds, and an understanding of different strategies that hedge funds employ
