They are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Franchise Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and profitability of the Geely franchise, with opportunities for growth as new brands are introduced.

Responsibilities
Drive sales performance across the Geely franchise, ensuring strong results, consistent growth, and exceptional customer outcomes
Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded
Develop and execute sales strategies that maximise market share and elevate brand presence
Build a high-performing relationship with the manufacturer, ensuring alignment on standards, marketing, and sales initiatives
Lead franchise planning and forecasting, providing clear insight to the senior leadership team
Prepare for future growth, supporting the introduction and launch of new brands within the Charles Hurst network
Coach, support, and influence sales teams to deliver best-in-class performance
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions
Qualification
Required
Dynamic and commercially driven
Experience in sales performance management
Ability to take full P&L responsibility
Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies
Strong relationship-building skills with manufacturers
Experience in franchise planning and forecasting
Ability to coach and support sales teams
Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
