Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift and SwiftUI
Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, responsive, and visually engaging user experiences
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through best practices and modern architectures (e.g., MVVM, Combine)
Integrate with backend APIs and healthcare data systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards
Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and product impact
Contribute to improving our CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and app release processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional iOS and/or Android development experience
Expert in any of the following: Swift, SwiftUI, modern iOS frameworks (UIKit, Combine, CoreData, etc.), Kotlin, or Flutter
Expert understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming
Expert understanding with mobile architecture patterns, dependency injection, and test-driven development (TDD)
Expert understanding with tools such as Xcode, Fastlane, Firebase, and Git
Expertise in building accessible, secure, and high-performance mobile apps at scale
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
Strong passion for improving healthcare through technology
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or digital health platforms
Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare interoperability standards
Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced agile environment
