Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and design of Land Development projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer

Perform schematic design work, calculations and analysis for design projects

Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents

Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors and contractors

Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeEIT CertificateAutoCAD Civil3DLand Development ExperienceLocal codes

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree

Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record

The ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one (1) year of start date

Preferred

Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D

0 to 3 years of experience in Land Development projects (New graduates are encouraged to apply)

Knowledge of local codes and design criteria
