Responsibilities

Consult with clients, subject matter experts, and technical experts to build and maintain multiple training domains

Build and maintain automation tools, troubleshoot live issues, delivering detailed role-specific practice patients and logins for efficient and meaningful training

Manage project implementations and/or client conversions; utilizing technical programming and domain expertise to overcome project roadblocks for on-time delivery

Lead, direct and review the train domain team's work to achieve operational or functional targets. Ensure long term and short-term results for the team, department, and organization

Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices, and procedures within broader area of responsibility

Previous Cerner experience is required
