Responsibilities

Manage renewal process (internal & external)
Resource engagement and client communication/stewardship (i.e. Analytics, M&A, RCS, etc.)
Document creation and management (client and prospects)
Lead engagement on select accounts
Assist with researching companies and contacts that fit business plan/targeted growth areas
Potential to assume some prospecting responsibilities if desired

Qualification

Commercial insurance experienceBusiness acumenProactive attitudeCommunicationOrganizational skills

Required

Extremely organized
Assertive, proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High business acumen
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance (P&C)
In office (Kansas City, MO) – not a remote position

Preferred

business/accounting/finance degree preferred but not required
