Responsibilities
Lead the creation of an Epic Playbook and standardized design/build documentation for custom build sheets across partner Epic instances (Ambulatory, Rehab, Referrals, MyChart, Care Everywhere)
Capture business and technical requirements and translate them into implementable Epic build specifications
Perform build and QA activities in multiple Epic environments, piloting the playbook with at least two partner organizations
Develop a scalable, repeatable deployment model based on lessons learned from initial pilots
Navigate variability across Epic instances and differing partner ownership models while ensuring consistent build standards
Serve as an Epic Builder/Architect (or technically strong program manager) with hands-on implementation experience, especially in ambulatory/rehab workflows; integration and data awareness required
