Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, Power Apps, and reports
Integrate CRM with ERP, Finance, proprietary databases, and other enterprise systems
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into technical solutions
Ensure CRM data quality, integrity, and security
Provide technical support and training to end-users
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize CRM usage
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
Stay current with CRM technology trends and best practices

Qualification

Microsoft Dynamics 365Power PlatformC#SQLJavaScriptCRM integrationsData migrationCRM certificationsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsInterpersonal abilitiesProject management

Required

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, SQL
Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in CRM development or administration

Preferred

Experience with enterprise IT environments preferred
Relevant CRM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) preferred
