We are looking for an experienced candidate that has strong written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail and strives to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet customers, listen to customer concerns and write detailed service orders based on customer concerns
Review vehicle report for recalls that need completed and verify applicable warranty’s
Answering phones, schedule appointments, review recommended/ upcoming services
Communicate to technicians throughout the process of repairs to keep customer updated
Provide cost estimate of mechanical and maintenance repairs
Maintain customer satisfaction score at or above dealership standards
Qualification
Required
Experienced candidate
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strives to provide excellent customer service
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to sell
Preferred
Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge
1 year service writing experience
Basic knowledge of automotive systems
