Responsibilities
Serve as the key liaison between the Global Brand Portal team and regional stakeholders in Canada to support the implementation and success of Global Brand Portal
Lead efforts to unify Brand Portal policies, IP standards, and governance frameworks across markets
Translate regional brand protection needs, legal requirements, and market dynamics into actionable insights that inform Global Brand Portal roadmap decisions
Engage with rights owners in Canada to address brand protection concerns and enhance user experience
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align IP claim processes and enforcement mechanisms with both US and local standards
Define and operationalize standardized monitoring and control mechanisms across regions
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing compliance and ethics programs
Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues
Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
Strong project management skills
Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders
Experience in a global or multi-regional business environment
