Responsibilities

Fosters a high-performing, collaborative team culture by modeling accountability, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence
Builds strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying needs and delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions
Sets the standard for product expertise and sales excellence, ensuring the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed
Leads the execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns with precision and impact
Drives continuous development through regular, actionable feedback and performance coaching—empowering account managers to grow and excel
Communicates with clarity and consistency, keeping field teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners aligned and informed
Effectively manages competing priorities and adapts quickly to ensure high-quality outcomes
Champions compliance and integrity, upholding all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Required

Bachelor's degree
3+ years sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical's, Biologics or related experience
Internal Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Commercial experience in areas such as: Sales Management, Training, Market Access, Sales Operations, or Marketing or a minimum of 2 years consistent sales success
Documented track record of sales success and financial management
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop, train and provide feedback to a group of account managers
Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company requirements
Must live within 100 miles of territory boundaries

Preferred

Previous CNS sales management experience
Previous sales management experience and/or experience in other areas of the business, i.e., marketing, sales training, managed care account manager, sales operations, account management is a plus
Previous sales management experience in hospital, IDN and/or other institutional settings
Documented successful sales management performance including national sales awards
Previous experience in Injectable/Infusion and/or Buy and Bill products
Previous experience building and developing effective teams
Experience in product launch or expansion within sales
