Responsibilities
Support and optimize SanDisk's refurbish process-related activities to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
Monitor and analyze product yields, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Develop and maintain testing equipment maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Lead process improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
Qualify new processes and equipment, ensuring they meet company standards and industry regulations
Provide comprehensive training on new processes and technologies to team members and relevant stakeholders
Oversee the implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and technical specifications
Analyze data and prepare reports on process performance, equipment efficiency, and quality metrics
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovations for process enhancement
Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all engineering activities
Contribute to cost reduction efforts through process optimization and resource management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an engineering
2 years experience in related field
