Required

Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in any of the following areas: High-Speed Internet, Satellite TV, Digital TV, Telecom, CATV, MATV, Head-end, RF, Networking and/or Computer Troubleshooting

High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years' work experience

Valid driver's license and safe driving habits

Ability to communicate thoughtfully and professionally with staff at hospitality customers

Understanding and respect for boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in healthcare customer environments

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requests

Willingness to work on-call and occasional overtime and weekend work
