Responsibilities

Manage the PC estate using Intune as the primary tool

Liaise with vendors to transition models throughout their lifecycle

Co-ordinate and arrange delivery of test units

Carry out technical benchmarking of proposed devices

Track lifecycle roadmaps of all Hardware

Liaise with 3rd party vendors to transition through models and build requirement

Keep all interested parties aware of current model status

Create a centralized system to present the information to all interested parties

Co-ordinate with our internal asset management team

Qualification

Required

Prior experience managing Intune. 3-4 years' experience

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions

In-depth knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance using Intune

Familiarity with modern management approaches, including co-management with Configuration Manager

Remediation and platform script experience, as well as PowerShell for automation and customization

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Experience managing small projects and leading initiatives with minimal direction throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred

Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Intune and Azure Administrator Associate and 3rd Party Patching tools such as Patch My PC

Experience managing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), implementing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards

Experience with JAMF and Delinea Privilege Manager
