IT Specialist II
Troy University is seeking an IT Specialist II to provide system and technical support within their Information Technology department. The role involves assisting users to maximize technology benefits, troubleshooting systems, and implementing technology solutions.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Math
Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training (OR equivalent combination of education and experience)
Demonstrated ability to inventory, support and implement diverse solutions
Experience in review of IT efforts for effectiveness
Ability to review system specifications for business requirements and identified end-user objectives
Experience in all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
Ability to identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
Experience with configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Ability to monitor user adoption
Experience with user training and creating training materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational ability
