Responsibilities
Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with daily field operations on heavy civil projects
Support field crews by interpreting plans, specifications, and project documents
Assist with work planning, sequencing, and daily coordination with subcontractors
Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards
Maintain daily reports, logs, as-builts, and other project documentation
Communicate effectively with supervisors, craft teams, and subcontractors to resolve field issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
1+ years' experience in Heavy Civil Construction Industry
Knowledge of heavy civil operations such as utilities, earthwork, concrete, and road construction
Proficient in Primavera P6 and PDF Editing
Willingness to travel as required
Valid Driver's license
