PM Shift Manager

Responsibilities
Close the store at 11pm, lead shifts, key holder
Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful responses to guest's needs
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Count drawers and finalize the day
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualification
Required
21 years or older
Be proficient in English to be able to effectively communicate with guests
Driven to serve guests and team members with care
Connects with the team in a healthy way to create unity
Desire to grow and be developed
Consistently steward the culture and brand of Chick-fil-A
Partners with other leaders towards the common goal of making the world better
Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
Saturday availability
Closing availability
40 hours a week
