Responsibilities
Industry’s best-in-class roadmap: Work closely with the customer base in the datacenter market to understand their power needs, translate them into a roadmap and product requirements document
Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products, positioning us as a leader in the industry. Evaluate offerings from competing foundries/IDMs/fabless companies and develop suitable collateral
Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs, present technical features, and translate them into benefits for target applications. Drive DWINs at top target customers
Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist, promoting our products through presentations, webinars and industry events. Create technical content such as white papers, case studies and technical presentations to support marketing efforts
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, product development, end markets and sales teams to define, execute and sell technologies. Design for cost to ensure cost entitlement
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualification
Required
BSEE or another relevant technical degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, with a strong track record of technical contributions and leadership
Deep subject matter expertise in the area of data center power delivery
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive complex projects to successful completion and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in engaging with large global customers and technology partners, presenting technical features and translating them into benefits for target applications
Effective communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats, with the ability to engage senior-level technical experts and stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working in a globally dispersed environment with team members in multiple locations and an ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure
An advanced degree (MSEE or MBA) is preferred
