Responsibilities
Resolve technical issues for customers
Provide support and guidance on SONIFI products
Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with hospitality customers
Understand and respect boundaries, protocols, and empathy in healthcare environments
Drive a company vehicle and maintain safe driving habits
Adapt to changing priorities and requests from customers
Occasional travel outside of assigned region
On-call and occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements
Qualification
Required
Strong desire to resolve technical issues
Flexible and able to learn quickly
Ability to work independently while providing support and guidance to customers
Passionate about customer experience
Ability to communicate thoughtfully and professionally with hospitality staff
Understanding and respect for boundaries, protocols, and empathy in healthcare environments
Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end -OR- High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years' work experience
Valid driver's license and safe driving habits
Willingness to travel occasionally outside of assigned area
Ability to be on-call and work occasional overtime and weekends
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requests
