Responsibilities

Serve as a technical representative and trusted partner when engaging with clients and external stakeholders

Lead and train teams on new products and technical processes

Collaborate with Product Management on new product development from concept to release

Evaluate user requirements to ensure product excellence prior to market launch

Partner with cross-functional teams to track project progress and deliver results efficiently

Advise on technical strategies, testing protocols, and quality improvements

Support product teams with case studies, targeted marketing inputs, and technical documentation

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction

Mentor and develop technical team members through structured training and leadership

Required

Minimum 5 years of progressive technical management experience in the building and construction industry
