Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Physics
1+ years of experience in Silicon Photonics manufacturing, assembly, and packaging
Experience with automated active alignment systems
Experience building custom manufacturing setups for photonic components like laser, lens, FAU (fiber array) etc
Experience with hands-on projects and/or production floors
Some knowledge of CAD such as Solidworks for designing simple tools
Good communication and project management skills for tracking deliverables
Some experience with machine automation and ability to understand computer logic principles
Working understanding of basic electrical engineering tools such as a multimeter or power supply
