Responsibilities
Greet clients and pets with warmth, ensuring a positive experience
Coordinate appointments, procedures, and clinic operations
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage messages via Tiger Text
Accurately maintain client and patient records in PIM software (EzyVet) while ensuring confidentiality
Process client paperwork, verify information, and handle payments
Assist with fee calculations, process payments, and generate invoices
Provide general pet care guidance and answer client questions
Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming
Work closely with veterinary staff to support smooth clinic operations
Handle urgent situations calmly, escalating as appropriate
Address client concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred)
1+ years of hospitality experience, providing a welcoming environment for clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable with typing 45+ WPM, 10-key calculator use, and data entry
Strong phone etiquette and client communication skills
