Qualification
Required
At least six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters
Experience with public company executive compensation disclosures
Experience with employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions
Experience with tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans
Experience with executive employment and severance arrangements
Experience with equity and non-equity incentive plans
Significant client contact and responsibility for handling matters
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong academic credentials
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to providing the highest quality client service
