Mammoth Distribution is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to be the operational engine behind their sales success. The role involves ensuring order accuracy, managing customer communications, and supporting the Sales Operations team with various projects.

Responsibilities

Review and process orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy before and after fulfillment

Communicate order details, updates, and changes directly with customers and internal teams

Manage special requests, modifications, and exceptions, including sales rep requests and unique transportation needs

Process timely invoice changes, price adjustments, cancellations, returns, and pushed orders as needed

Support drivers with issues during deliveries

Maintain and update sales databases and records, ensuring data integrity

Deliver responsive, customer-first support and maintain a professional, positive presence in all interactions

Assist the Sales Operations team with larger projects that improve processes, reporting, and cross-functional efficiency

Adapt to changing priorities and take on ad hoc tasks as needed

Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive team-oriented attitude
