Responsibilities
Drive the vision and strategy for the Maps product portfolio
Envision, coordinate, and align the roadmap across multiple products and teams
Obsess over both quantitative and qualitative metrics that help define the success of your product portfolio and teams
Lead a collaborative team that will look to you as a partner in thinking big, validating growth opportunities, and executing with conviction
Help the team execute with focus, enabling them to deliver their best work
Qualification
Required
10+ years of product leadership experience
Conceptualized and delivered consumer-oriented or consumer-facing products
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to establish an ambitious yet realistic product roadmap and effectively communicate this vision to customers and the organization
Experience in a high-accountability environment, with the ability to build, operationalize, and scale technically distributed organizations (engineering, product, design, data scientists, etc.)
Ability to think strategically in a high-growth and fast-paced business, building conviction through data, analysis, reasoning, and experimentation
Demonstrated ability to drive go-to-market strategies that have resulted in successful product adoption and revenue generation
Experience with profit and loss responsibility for a business unit
Preferred
Experience with the development of generative AI applications
5+ years as a PM. You have seen a significant product through a full lifecycle of discovery, development, launch, and adoption. Experience with deprecating/failing a product is a plus, but potential is what's most important
Experience working with design tools and/or frontend applications, working with cross-functional teams to deliver frontend products
