The Generative AI RFP Intern will work closely with technology and business teams to leverage AI tools for enhancing business requirements documentation, focusing on high-quality deliverables to improve project scoping and requirement accuracy.

Responsibilities

Use Generative AI tools to parse and analyze RFP documents for key requirements and compliance criteria

Deliverable: At least 5 RFPs processed with structured requirement summaries by Week 6

Identify and document critical actions, deadlines, and dependencies from RFPs

Deliverable: Action item matrix for each processed RFP by Week 8

Create standardized templates for AI-assisted RFP analysis and summarization

Deliverable: Documented workflow and reusable templates by Week 10

Present findings, process improvements, and recommendations for scaling AI in RFP analysis

Deliverable: Executive summary and live demo in Week 12

Benefits

Housing: We offer a housing stipend our onsite interns in PA, NY, FL, CO, NV, and CA. This benefit applies to interns who live more than 50 miles from the worksite and would need to relocate to the area to complete their internship.
