Responsibilities
Bring printed sheets to life, transforming them into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment
Master a variety of machines encompassing the whole card manufacturing process
Comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department
Work independently with minimal supervision
Perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment
Understand quality processes and procedures
Use various measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify material conformance to specifications
Troubleshoot malfunctions
Qualification
Required
Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment
Understanding of quality processes and procedures
Ability to use various measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify material conformance to specifications
Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions
Safety- conscious
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year experience in similar manufacturing role
Ability to operate machinery
Basic computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Flexibility with regard to schedule- overtime may be required as needed
Preferred
CNC experience is a plus
