Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with Home Office Attorneys, outside counsel and other divisions through verbal and/or written correspondence
Accurately input data into various systems
Interpret and apply verbal and/or written instructions
Maintain records according to established guidelines
Prepare and organize materials for special projects related to eBilling, including projects related to improving efficiency of the team
Assists in developing reports and/or prepares requests for reports
Qualification
Required

Must prioritize among ongoing projects to meet deadlines
Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with various people, including attorneys and other business units such as claims, underwriting and IT
Aptitude for and interest in technology, systems and legal operations and processes
The ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Preferred
3 or more years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
