Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate enterprise-grade production AI/ML models, services, and applications
Transition prototype AI capabilities for enterprise deployment at scale and speed
Leverage advanced proficiency in Python and popular AI/Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
Apply expertise in Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), model customization (e.g., finetuning), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic orchestration
Utilize AI & Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative AI solutions
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI w/CI poly
Advanced proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc)
Knowledge of Generative AI, including Large Language Models and ability to instrument and interpret evaluation of models and applications for effectiveness
Experience with AI/Machine Learning methodologies and applications
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
12 years or experience with a Bachelors, or 10 years with a Masters
