Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision of represented personnel responsible for tasks related to Tool Manufacturing
Coordinate Tool Manufacturing activities in Tooling, 6S/Clean Team, Team and Tool Control
Supervise employees responsible for Tool Manufacturing activities, coordination of employee training, work assignments, recognition, and disciplinary actions
Provide direction to employee’s using established policies and procedures

Operating Systems, SAP, SFM, QUADS, CAPP'S, & MAXIMO
6S Principles
Background knowledge with laser trackers and SA software
Flexibility to work any shift
