Responsible for customer service standards
Supervising retail banking staff through the implementation, direction and review of policies, procedures, and regulations
Performing a variety of retail branch operations and activities
Serving as a resource for branch staff and customers
Required to be present at work on a regular, consistent basis
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
one (1) year of retail banking experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent math abilities
excellent verbal and written communication skills
computer literate, i.e., familiar with Windows environment
basic keyboard skills
spreadsheet and word processing skills
team approach to work responsibilities
ability to prioritize and manage time
ability to manage multiple responsibilities
demonstrated interpersonal, supervisory and leadership skills
